Ingredients:
- Poha (flattened rice) 2-3 cups
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 potato cut with small pieces
- 1/2 cup peanuts or cashews
- Little teaspoon turmeric
- Few curry leaves
- A pinch asafoetida
- 1-2 green chillies
- 1 onion (small dice)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped) for garnish
- Fresh
lemon (to squeeze at end)
Way to Prepare Poha:
- Dip the Poha for 5 moments then strain in a colander
- Heat oil in a pan. Season with asafoetida, then mustard plant seeds. As soon as they crackle, add sliced red onion and green chillies. Fry until transparent
- Add sliced apples and sauté until they are prepared. Add turmeric extract and curry results in to hot oil once red onion are done. Add nut products. Add Poha and sodium and mix thoroughly. Prepare for 3-4 moments.
- Transfer to providing dish and
spread with fresh sliced cilantro and fresh freshly squeezed orange juice (or calcium juice) before providing.
