Associated with Lord Shiva, bhang has now
become symbolic of Holi. To the level that bhang beverages have now become a
formal Holi consume. Holi is a festival of colors, meals, fun and then some
more. A traditional factor that contributes a higher to Holi every season is

Pure Bhang |
PURE BHANG:
Ingredients:
- ½ cup leaves of Bhang.
- 2 tsp sugar.
- ¼ cup water.
- 1 tsp Oil .
Way
to Prepare:
- Grind bhang leaves and sugar with mortar and pestle.
- Put mashed bhang leaves, water and oil in a pan and steam it. Reduced the flame and let it cook for around 15 minutes.
- Let the combination awesome at 70 degrees.
- Blend it effectively to make the insert.
- Strain the insert in muslin fabric to eliminate the woody materials if any.
Now your Bhang is ready

BHANG LASSI:
Ingredients:
- Bhang.
- 2½ cup yoghurt.
- 2 tsp whipped cream.
- 2 tsp khus syrup.
- ¼ cup blanched pistachios.
Method to Prepare:
- Mix yogurt, cream and khus syrup in a dish and keep it in the fridge to cool.
- Grind pistachio nuts perfectly.
- Blend pistachio nuts and bhang insert for two minutes.
- Add yogurt combination and combination it for another two moments.
- Serve it with plenty of ice.
