Make This Year Holi Happiest with Bhangs........

Associated with Lord Shiva, bhang has now become symbolic of Holi. To the level that bhang beverages have now become a formal Holi consume. Holi is a festival of colors, meals, fun and then some more. A traditional factor that contributes a higher to Holi every season is Bhang. Some recipes related to Bhang are here with.........
Pure Bhang


PURE BHANG:

Ingredients:
  •          ½ cup leaves of Bhang.
  •          2 tsp sugar.
  •          ¼ cup water.
  •          1 tsp Oil .

Way to Prepare:
  • Grind bhang leaves and sugar with mortar and pestle.
  • Put mashed bhang leaves, water and oil in a pan and steam it. Reduced the flame and let it cook for around 15 minutes.
  • Let the combination awesome at 70 degrees.
  • Blend it effectively to make the insert.
  • Strain the insert in muslin fabric to eliminate the woody materials if any.
  •  
                      Now your Bhang is ready to drink. So “Happy Holi”.... enjoy color ....enjoy bhang..............

BHANG LASSI:
 Bhang Lassi

Ingredients:
  •          Bhang.
  •          2½  cup yoghurt.
  •          2 tsp whipped cream.
  •          2 tsp khus syrup.
  •          ¼ cup blanched pistachios.

 Method to Prepare:
  • Mix yogurt, cream and khus syrup in a dish and keep it in the fridge to cool.
  • Grind pistachio nuts perfectly.
  • Blend pistachio nuts and bhang insert for two minutes.
  • Add yogurt combination and combination it for another two moments.
  • Serve it with plenty of ice.

Now it’s ready to serve. Put it into a glass and garnish with fruits and serve and enjoy this Holi.
